Behind the journey

Before I ever guided others through inner work, I spent years navigating my own. Here’s the story behind that – and what shapes the way I work today.

From outer success to inner search

For a long time, my life looked exactly how I thought it should look: A sucessful sales career, a busy dating life, constant travel – from the outside, everything looked perfect.


Inside, something else was happening.

There was a restlessness I couldn’t name.


It felt like life was running on its own and I wasn’t the one driving anymore. I was slowly burning out, my body falling apart and I didn’t like the person I was becoming.


Whenever things got quiet, my thoughts got louder – constant worrying and overthinking.

It was easy to hide all of it behind a mask of achievements and the identity I had built for myself.


And for a while, I did exactly that.

Daily Breathwork Routine

This 15 minute conscious connected breathwork session is perfect for beginners and more advanced breathers. Use it to your day with more clarity and/or to wind down in the evening.

Why I do this work

This wasn’t just my story – it was a pattern.


And supporting high-performing men through it became the foundation of my work. Not because there’s something wrong with them – but because they’ve been holding too much, for too long. 


My approach is simple, but deep: We use breath, body awareness and honest reflections to return to what’s already inside you. Not to fix you, but to bring you back to you.

How I work –

This isn’t classic coaching.

It’s not about performing better or becoming more efficient – even if your energy, sleep and HRV will naturally improve along the way.

This work goes deeper.


It’s about reconnecting with the inner peace beneath the noise. The presence you feel when life flows — independent of achievement.

Our breath is the direct pathway to our emotions. 

It helps us feel - not just think - what truly matters, and opens the space for lasting change.

So that everyday feels more like a Friday.

The moment things shifted

I tried many ways to find my way back to myself – silent meditation and yoga retreats, plant medicine, coaching, countless self-development books. All of it helped, but the real shift came with breathwork.

For the first time in years, I felt myself again.


Learning how to use my breath to regulate my nervous system changed everything — I knew this was my path.

Later, when I lived and worked at a mindfulness retreat, I facilitated weekly men’s groups and realised how many men were carrying the same weight I used to carry.
